In this quote I think that Rene was trying to tell us to be proud of who you are. It doesn't matter if your poor or rich,and old or young. It means that you are as important as anyone else in the planet. i think he meant that imagination could get you to be any kind of person you wanted to be. This quote reminds me of this one, Imagination is more important than knowledge.
